2. Manufacturing Process
- Core Processing Technology: CNC plate rolling forming combined with welding, followed by finishing operations. Equipment includes CNC plate rolling machines and automatic CO₂ gas-shielded welding machines. Processing parameters: rolling spindle speed 25–45 r/min, rolling pressure 6–10 MPa (Q235B properties); CO₂ gas-shielded welding, welding current 100–140A, welding speed 6–9 mm/s, shielding gas CO₂+Ar (volume ratio 8:2, purity ≥99.99%), wall thickness 1.5mm with weld penetration ≥1.2mm.
- Raw Material Pretreatment: Q235B carbon steel plates are degreased in alkali solution (50–60°C, 5–8% NaOH, 10–15min), neutralized and washed, dried at 70–90°C for 12–18 min, then flattened (flatness deviation ≤0.2 mm/m). Surface free of oil, rust, or scratches.
- CNC Process Control: CNC plate rolling machine programmed with G-code for rolling path, real-time monitoring of diameter and height (sampling 10 times/sec), closed-loop control ensures Ø464mm ±0.4mm, H158mm ±0.3mm. End faces finished by CNC milling, perpendicularity error ≤0.1 mm/m.
- Post-Processing: Mechanical deburring (spindle speed 3000 r/min, grinding wheel 1200#) of weld seams and edges, air blow cleaning, dimensional recheck, weld quality inspection.
