Integral Step-Variable Diameter Spinning. Utilizes a "Shared Mandrel + Parameter Micro-Adjustment" flexible manufacturing method. Solves quick changeover for 19 different diameter parts (φ585mm to φ342mm). Addresses high springback and cracking in high-strength steel.

Precision Control

EQS (Equally Spaced) Hole Precision Machining using CNC rotary indexing. Hole position tolerance controlled within ±0.05mm. Strict step dimension control ensures zero misalignment during 19-layer stacking.

Surface Treatment

Full coverage Sandblasting on inner and outer surfaces. Uniform surface roughness Ra 6.3. Free of oxide scale, rust spots, or scratches. Internal cavity is clean with no residue.

Material Adaptability

Specialized processing for Q355D. Ensures excellent toughness even in low-temperature environments down to -20°C.
