II. Manufacturing Process
1. Primary Forming Method
- Plate rolling + TIG welding, followed by CNC finishing.
- Equipment: CNC plate rolling machine, automatic argon arc welding machine.
- Rolling parameters: Spindle speed 30–50 r/min, pressure 8–12 MPa for SUS316L.
- Welding parameters: GTAW/TIG welding, current 80–120 A, speed 5–8 mm/s, shielding gas: 99.99% pure Argon.
- Achieves uniform 5 mm wall thickness with weld penetration ≥3 mm.
2. Raw Material Pre-Treatment
- Alkali cleaning (55–65°C, 6–10% NaOH, 12–18 min)
- Acid pickling/passivation (15–20% HNO₃, 20–30 min)
- Neutral water rinse and flattening using leveling machine (flatness ≤0.25 mm/m)
- Ensures oil-free, defect-free, oxidation-free material for precise forming.
3. CNC Machining Control
- CNC vertical machining center for port finishing.
- G-code controlled, real-time monitoring at 8 samples/s.
- Dimensional accuracy: Ø380 mm ±0.5 mm, H490 mm ±0.3 mm.
4. Post-Processing
- Mechanical deburring (2800 r/min, 1000# grit)
- Compressed air cleaning, dimensional re-inspection, weld inspection.
