Precision Control

Diameter tolerance within ±0.5mm, Height tolerance within ±1mm. Uniform wall thickness prevents load-bearing deformation.

Surface Treatment

• SUS304: Internal Electrolytic Mirror Polishing. Roughness Ra ≤ 0.4μm, no dead corners, zero material adhesion.
• 5052 Aluminum: Surface free of flow lines and scratches.

Material Adaptability

5052 Aluminum: Lightweight (approx. 22kg) for food industry. SUS304: Acid/Alkali corrosion resistance for chemical storage.
